Shipping policy

Production and delivery

 

All Baldy items are made to order in the UK. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for production before your order ships, plus standard delivery time on top.

 

UK delivery

 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail / courier. Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 working days after your order leaves production, so please allow 4 to 9 working days in total from order to delivery.

 

International delivery

 

If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times and costs will be shown before you complete your order. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order tracking

 

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order leaves production.

 

Delays

 

Because every item is made to order, production times can occasionally run longer during busy periods. We'll let you know if there's a significant delay to your order.
