The Baldy Brand is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships, and to putting effective systems and controls in place to guard against modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking taking place anywhere in our business or our supply chain.
Our commitment
We do not tolerate modern slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking in any part of our business. We expect the same standards from every supplier, printer, and business partner we work with.
Our products are printed to order by our UK manufacturing partner, and we choose suppliers who can demonstrate lawful, ethical working practices.
Due diligence
We review our supplier relationships on an ongoing basis and will act promptly on any concerns raised about working conditions or labour practices anywhere in our supply chain.
Reporting a concern
If you have any concerns about modern slavery or unethical practices connected to The Baldy Brand or our supply chain, please contact us at thebaldybrand@gmail.com.
As a small UK business, we fall below the turnover threshold that requires a statutory transparency statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this policy voluntarily as part of our ongoing commitment to trading responsibly.
